Not sure if you really need a 4WD?

If you want to get off the beaten track (Highways) and see the real australia, the greatest national parks, meet true aussies... you almost certainly need a 4WD, because road conditions get bad very fast..
With a 4WD you won‘t need to worry about water gullies on the street, sandy roads, beaches and dirt roads, stones that hit the engine and cause expensive repairs... etc.

With this car you will be able to see things others don‘t.

Just one well-known example: Fraser Island.

You need a 4WD to drive on it.
You can:
- rent a 4WD (at least $100p/d + vehicle permit, ferrz and camping fees) and you can‘t go everywhere because they don‘t let you.
- make a tour (around 300$ + camping fees, vehicle permit and ferrz for 3 days). That means you are with 10 other people in ONE 4WD! And you can only visit the common places,
- own a for wheel drive, pay just the ferry (cheapest is $80 return) the camping fees ($4.50 per person per night) and the vehicle permit (around $35)
